Share what matters to you and your family
Tell us about what children and families need, what is working well, and where support could be stronger.
Community voice guides Logan Together. We want to hear from families, children, young people, Elders, community leaders and local organisations about what is working, what needs to change, and what helps children grow up happy, healthy and thriving.
Listening to community is central to how Logan Together works. The experiences, ideas and leadership of local people help shape priorities, guide action and strengthen decision-making.
Tell us about what children and families need, what is working well, and where support could be stronger.
Help us understand what makes a difference for children in their early years — at home, in community, in services, in schools and across the systems around them.
Share stories, examples, local strengths and community-led solutions that are making a difference.
Let us know about barriers, gaps, opportunities or ideas that could help improve outcomes for children and families.
Community voice may be gathered through surveys, yarning circles, workshops, events, focus community conversations and partner activities.
Logan’s First 2000 Days Model identifies 5 evidence-based initiatives, and 5 enablers of systems change that support the critical early years of a child’s life. By intentionally stacking and connecting these initiatives and enablers, we can create an early childhood development system that is accessible to all children – generating and amplifying life-changing impact.
The community co-designed First 2000 Days Model helps bring the outcomes and impacts identified in our Collective Plan to life. Our Roadmap then describes the indicators that show whether we are making progress in line with our shared vision.
