We areLogan, Together

Collaboration. Community. Co-Design

Governance Overview

Our governance structure is built on shared responsibility, co-design, and community leadership. At its heart are:

Gnirigomindala Karulbo

First Nations voices guiding our work.

Leadership Table

Integrated cross-sector and community governance.

Board

Oversight and strategic leadership Supporting them are our Action Group and Backbone Team, ensuring coordinated efforts for maximum impact in Logan.

First Nations Leadership at the Heart

Gnirigomindala Karulbo provides cultural leadership and guidance to Logan Together. The group advises, ensures and inspires the work of the movement so it remains grounded in First Nations cultural wisdom, ecological knowledge and community perspectives. A collective of First Nations Elders and respected community members who bring cultural authority, lived experience and deep connection to Country. Together, they help guide Logan Together in ways that respect culture, community and future generations.

Through this leadership, Logan Together is supported to honour First Nations knowledge systems, strengthen cultural integrity, and ensure decisions and approaches are informed by the world’s oldest continuing cultures.

Integrated Community & Cross-Sector Governance

The Leadership Table is the main cross-sector leadership group for the Logan Together movement. It exists to ensure Logan’s children and their families thrive across generations.

As Logan Together’s integrated community and cross-sector governance group, it brings together leaders from across the community, government, services, philanthropy and other sectors to guide the collective work and support the transformations our community is seeking.

The Leadership Table is not a board or a single organisation — it is a shared leadership forum that steers the direction of the movement.

Strategic Leadership & Oversight

Provides legal, strategic, and resource oversight, ensuring Logan Together Limited is accountable and effective.

Collaboration in Action

Logan Together thrives through partnerships and community engagement.

As diverse as our communities are, we should reflect this in decision-making, and community members should be seen as capable individuals who can lead decisions and shape how our communities look and feel."
- Kenny Duke, SSI
